FAQ

Common questions.

Which states are eligible for telehealth?
Dr. Kim is licensed in Florida. Telehealth services are currently available to patients located in Florida at the time of the visit. State licensing requirements apply.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Google Meet runs in any modern web browser. You do not need to create a Google account or download any software. Simply click the link sent to you at booking.
Is this covered by insurance?
Coral Clinic currently operates as a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Payment is collected at the time of booking. A receipt can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it.
Can prescriptions be sent to my pharmacy?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Prescribing decisions are made solely by the physician based on your evaluation.
How do I prepare for my visit?
Have any recent lab results available if you have them. Be in a private, quiet location. Have a list of your current medications. No other preparation is required.
What if I need labs?
Lab orders will be sent to your email following the visit. You can complete them at any LabCorp or Quest location near you. Results are reviewed by Dr. Kim and discussed at a follow-up visit.
